Sorry I purchased this service!

We bought HughesNet satellite web Pro Plus arrange for our small company and house use after decades of sluggish (but trusted) dial up. We invested almost $700 for that gear and installment - 14 days after installation a water storm arrived through also it stopped functioning. I spent hours about the telephone with tech-support and Sophisticated Tech-Support simply to be informed that "the satellite was down - provide it one hour". I named two hours later and also the next ATS man invested over an hour or so about the telephone with me trouble shooting simply to inform me the gear about the meal was poor. The machine is suppose to become covered but occasionally they'renot covered adequate and rainfall gets in and damages them. He explained he'd matter a support. I noticed nothing for 2 times! Lastly about the 3rd evening I named our nearby HughesNet revenue office - thank god for them, these were surprised (presumably) this occurred and therefore are delivering a technology nowadays to displace our container. She also explained that no request support have been posted from ATS.

Before I called our regional organization, I attempted HughesNet again and requested of a reimbursement - I had been informed that people might just get $200 back within thirty days of installment and ONLY WHEN the gear was discovered to stay working order. Matt - this specific customer support representative. Wasn't pleased that ATS explained the container should have gotten water inside it and destroyed the panel. Matt was also impolite and didn't appear to treatment if we remained using the organization or not.

I tried to contact the Organization workplace but no body responded. I allow it to ring for 10 minutes! We're sorry that people bought HughesNet and today realize that we ought to have eliminated with this mobile phone business. HughesNet requires your cash after which treats you awfully - with the gear ending support after one rainfall - we're in big trouble with this specific organization but believe we've no option but to maintain it or we are merely out almost 0 bucks

Don't opt for HughesNet when you have every other choice - I've two phrases of caution - Client Scam!
