Cannot get the job done or done right

We have been using McGill Management for about 3 years now. The first year was good until they assigned a new manager to us. She claimed she lived close and would take care of us. However, when you call them, all you get is their voice mail and they don't return calls. They either don't get the job done, or they get it wrong. Most things need to be addressed after the initial work it preformed. They also never take any responsibility.

We had our decks stained this summer. Residents were told they can do it themselves, and to use a specific stain. When the contractor came to stain the remaining decks, they were told by the person who sent out the letter, to use the wrong stain. Now they won't even claim responsibility. Do yourself a favor, and pass this management company by. You will be happy in the long run.
