They lied to me

After asking talktalk for an internet and téléphone "illimited" connection, I was conected on the 31st of January.

-Then as planned, I moved and talktalk was transferrred to the new address on the 2nd of September.

-They said nothing about a new contract & cancellation fee.

-My entire time with talktalk today is now is 20 months (september). I now know that I will be moving before the 1st of December and I am in the process of changing all my paperwork to correspond with my new address out of the country where there is no talktalk set up.

I think they are pretty meen not inform people correctly.

They should calculate the entire time that a customer stays with talktalk, without a break between contracts. When I am back in the UK I will not take the risk to sign up with talktalk again.

On a minimum pension, that £70 is a lot. Do you have any advice please?
