Got a call from a guy from World PC Solutions saying he was representing TalkTalk. He took remote access to my pc and started showing me all these errors on my pc and said that the problem was my license had expired and if i sent him £225 via Paypal then I would have license on 3 computers for life. He gave me the email to send the money too which was dibyendu8538@yahoo.com this is when I realised it was a scam as any company would have 1. A company email and 2. Would bill me via my talktalk account. The guy was from Asia but said he was from Manchester I got a UK number to call (Personal Info Removed) which was engaged for half an hour then eventually another Asian guy answered and said he would call me back to save me money I said it was not costing me money but he insisted and hung up. 2 seconds later the same guy who originally called rung back and started asking me to pay the money again. When I kept questioning him he eventually gave up. I have since checked on-line and found others who had been scammed. I reported the problem to talktalk who said they would do nothing and just told me to be careful so i will now be leaving them too. It is a scam the World Pc Solutions website looks very professional but was also created in India. Its a scam don't get caught out.
