I subscribed with talk talk first i was sent a broken router so i had to wait 3 days for a replacment (internet active). Once i recived my new router i have been having connection problems for a full month, ive been told they cant send someone to fix it untill september. They have gone ahead though and given me a bill of £51.56. £16.64 i can account for as my call usage. But still they are quick enough to take my money but not too quick to resolve my issues
