Horrible Rude Service

Hello, This Really Is my very first time purchasing products from JCPenny and that I had terrible, awful and rude support from you folks. Firstly, i purchase two products from you men and also the following evening i named to stop among the item, the JCPenny affiliate explained she did stop the item. But after couple of days you men delivered mean email to inform me the product continues to be delivered to my house. I’m like HAVE YOU BEEN joking me JCPenny? Subsequently, the 2nd item is too large evaluate towards the one had and that I named to come back the item, they explained advantages affiliate is visiting get the item. The man arrived and choose just one box-out of two containers i set outside my house.

What type of frantic support are you men making for your new clients? I'm a busy person. Losing my time for you to contact JCPenny daily and losing my mobile phone minutes drive me nutts. I'll never shop in your store and purchase products online from jcp again. Both your affiliates and administrators were rude! I had been speaking with your affiliate about the telephone he advised he wasn’t the main one who assisted me at the start and so I shouldn’t blame him.
