On November 27 I created an internet purchase. Beginning December 16 I began calling and contacting attempting to find the things. Every additional evening I named or mail and obtained the run-around. I had been informed numerous occasions they named the manufacturer and confirmed the products were delivered out and could be hereby the 24th. However nothing. I called today and you know what. The purchase was never delivered out and today they're sold-out. Therefore apart from losing many-many hours looking to get info on my purchase I've nothing to exhibit for this. Subsequently to include insult to damage the final person I speak also was rude and go to provide me reasons how it's not their problem. I'd suggest to one to NEVER use JcPenny if you like to get your purchase. When you have to obtain anything from JcPenny visit the shop. If you're able to help it to get elsewhere.
