Im writing to complain about an order I cancelled and it was placed through anyway (JCpenny cancelled it in person with me standing there but they claim their supplier at some wharehouse didn't get the message in time). I had JCPenny contact UPS to reverse the shipment before it ever reached me. However there is no tracking number and you guys keep telling me the wharehouse has to recieve it before i get my money back, but you can't tell me when that will be. I am out 117$ and its been thre weeks! All the customer care employees keep telling me it's unacceptable that I still haven't been refunded for something I never received, however Manager Lucia BIERSHBACH stated "Sorry you were misinformed but this is the supplier/wharehouse's responsibility to give you your money back." So an order placed through JCPENNY and cancelled through JCPENNY somehow isn't your responsibility??? I can't even contact the supplier, What a joke. I should charge you guy the interest on my credit card bill.
