Contractors overcharge and buy-out offered instead of honest repair

AHS doesn't pay their contractors enough. As a result the contractors have to over charge the customer. They use a variety of excuses to get the money from the home owner. Get a second opinion and double check with your local code enforcement agency to keep them honest. Don't accept AHS saying you have no choice pay what contractor says or accept a buy out.
