We reserved (and taken care of upfront) a truck with this specific organization to maneuver home on 8th March. The van did not arrive plus they weren't contactable on the 4 phone numbers we're able to discover on the site. We'd to locate another truck that moring once we were moving-house that evening.

We've experienced contact together many times since to request a return. On three ocassions they've stated the reimbursement continues to be prepared and it'll maintain our consideration within 3-5 times. Total garbage. We've not obtained our reimbursement up to now (26th April).

Despite NUMEROUS calls along with a notice sent registered article for their controlling director, Paul Harding, we still don't have our cash back. Actually, on 2 ocassions we received fake purchase reference figures for the reimbursement. Your only choice now's to follow them through the little claims court. A1 National Van Hire are liars. Their customer support is horrible. The team are overall, really rude and also the doctor is never contactable - plus they never contact you back despite encouraging to do this. Should you request to talk to somebody in control, they'll usually let you know he's due in later that evening or he's just jumped out.

DON'T use the corporation. Proceed primary to employ businesses - it'll possibly be cheaper and much more trusted and certainly will help you save months of working out the chaos they produce. These boys do not deserve your money.
