They are excellent at taking your money, and horrid at giving you back what they acknowledge you are owed

For nearly 3 months - since March 23 - I've been unsuccessfully seeking a reimbursement for an Omniat prepaid support consideration that does not work. The consideration (designed to possess a call-back support) CAn't be utilized on Middle Eastern landlines. The evening that I popped the consideration I and Omniat decided that it had beennot likely to function. That same-day the "supervisor" apologized and guaranteed me a reimbursement; he never sent. I've named the corporation monthly since March, and maintain obtaining the same reaction out of every customer support consultant I achieve: "I am really sorry, but I'm not approved to provide discounts. I'll forward your request towards the supervisor; he'll approve the reimbursement and contact you back." I've never obtained a telephone call from any supervisor, and also have never gotten the cash. It's currently mid june, and that I haven't gotten any quality.

Also, they keep altering their toll free numbers, such that it is extremely challenging to achieve them.

They're superb at getting your cash, and awful at providing you with back the things they recognize you're owed.
