Defrauded me of $150 mimicking state site

Florida Incorporator uses a site address and a site that looks like the State of Florida site. If you are not careful they charge you three times what the state does. I didn't realize this until I saw the reciept. They took me for $150 and then nobody answers the phone and there is no email to contact them. As far as I can find there is no legal filing for their business name in Florida where they have a location listed. Your credit card company is of no use to recover the funds. I am researching to find out just who owns this company that does not seem to exist anywhere but on the web but doing business in Florida. If you have been ripped off please file a complaint with the Florida State Attorney as I have done.
