Bad merchandise/policy

I purchased a book bag from this deceitful store on 7/19. I have bought many things there, return customer. Within the first week of school seams already came undone and zipper pieces falling off. I have gone into the store and have made several phone calls trying to resolve this problem. The owner is a belligerent selfish person that is not willing to come out of her profits for even one penny. I told her we could meet in the middle, order me a new one, of the same style, and I will pay an additional 5-10$. Her best offer was to order a new one and take off thirty percent, her profits.

Why would I want to buy anything else from a RIP off scamming store when the first bag is defective. I am sorry, but in America, we want quality and we want it fast. If a store decides that it is above backing its product we should revolt against them. Come on Lydias, even Walmart has better return policy than your store, and that's bad.
