Rude employees and no follow up

I utilized Authorized Move to get a DBA processing. They submitted it after which sent me the closing paperwork have been delivered by fed-ex as declined by me. I sent them to resend it. No solution. I used up with another mail. No solution. Another e-mail, plus they replied using the same preliminary email they'd delivered. 2 more emails more than 4 times, ZERO reply from their website. I named them nowadays, long delay period, REALLY RUDE "Customer Support" broker, stated she'd check out the e-mail string and email me a solution. To date NO MAIL.

Never again can I drop due to their advertisements... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.inexcusable.
