BestBuy.com
Ripoff Fraudulent Advertising - Failure to Send Promised Coupon

Electronics and household app.

BestBuy.com offered me a $10 digital coupon for purchasing $75 or more in video game titles. I purchased over $140 but accidentally entered the wrong email address in my order. As such, I received my video games, but did not receive the email containing my coupon code. I contacted their customer service and was told that their computer system will not allow them to resend the coupon and there is nothing they can do.

I used to work at an online sales company and it was the easiest thing in the world to invalidate an old coupon code (in case the customer is lying to try to get two coupons) and issue a new number. I find their failure to issue me a coupon to be fraudulent advertising since they did not deliver on a promise that they made.
