I ordered a pair of shoes from this company a few weeks ago and received the completely wrong shoe. The customer service, which takes days to respond and can only be contacted through email, refuses to refund my money or send me the shoes I ordered and paid for. The customer service who convineintly does not recieve certain emails played games for several weeks, asking for my "forgiveness" and saying how sorry they were but never offerning to fix the situation.instead they offered me 20% off my next order, as if I would ever purchase anything from this place. Do not order from this store.
