- I was promised a large side-loading truck with individual compartments. This is important because I did not want my furniture unloaded and reloaded during the cross-country trek and I did not want my belongings mixed with others.instead, a small truck arrived, complete with a $400 hidden surcharge.

- I was promised PROFESSIONAL movers.instead, I got a young Russian who did not speak any English, someone hired through a local temp agency in Portland, ME, and a supervisor who did not speak any Russian. Since there wasn't enough help, I had to assist with moving my pre-packaged items so they could make their three-hour window.
