Cross Country Moving and Storage Inc. Over Charging, Excessive Use of Supplies, Damaged Items

Me and my roommate hired AAA Moving and Storage to help with our move from a 1 bedroom basement apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment in the next town over (about 10 minutes away). The initial estimate was 3 movers for 3 hours at $319. When I called to verify our inventory the customer service woman, Preeta, added an hour just to be on the "safe side". The estimate was then $395 for 4 hours with 3 movers. The day of the move came and the movers show up in a Budget rental truck and 3 movers, the movers you could tell weren't professionals, mostly spoke Spanish, no uniforms, very unprofessional. The lead mover came in and took inventory, total of 60 items, went over the contract which took 20 minutes all the while I'm being charged. The mover didn't even get started until 30 minutes after they arrived due to their inability to park the truck and the contract business. When they were going to charge for furniture pads I told them that we were told the furniture pads were included, this was another 10 minutes wasted while I called the company and verified pads were included.
