Classic bait and switch! One price, and then when they come, it's totally different. They advertise steam cleaning! Not. Carpets are left so wet that the water splashes up when you walk...
Grout cleaning was totally a waste — could not see any difference in whole kitchen. Tech. To come back. Phone calls several times a week for two weeks, promises, promises, promises. No one has returned. Stopped payment on check. Very bad experience.
