Oken phone - Blackberry storm 9530

I ordered for a Black berry storm 9530 from this site on March 21 which was delievered to me in a broken condition on march 29.instead of the GSM phone they advertised, it turned out to be a CDMA instrument. Despite repeated complaints to the customer care at naaptol, no one has bothered to get back to me, leave alone replace the instrument or refund me. They just keep promising that someone will revert to me in 48 hours which apparently has not been up for them for the last 17 days. Their vendors Megan Impex which delievered the phone is even worse. They do not even bother to answer the phone, despite the fact that the ring goes through.
