Yes, they took me for $457.26 and I had to freeze my account to get them to stop.

After i faxed notice and called instructing them to stop debiting my account, they still tried two more times, after the freeze!

I called again and ask what in the,! *! #! Was going on, and they told me that i was going to be charged $20.00 for nsf for their last two attemps, and to avoid my being turned into the credit burrow I should restart my payments.

I asked to speek to someone in their legal department, and all i got was, "daaa, daaa, i don't have that information availible".

I have spoken with 9 diferent customer service rep, (and i have names, dates, and times), starting from 8/06 to 6/07 and they still seem like they are all programmed not to help you, just get the money! Get the money at any cost.
