We did some sign repair and he did not pay his bill, women do not belong in business

On febuary 9 2007 we did some sign repairs for burgertex in ausin texas. We replaced (2) "47" inch green border neon that goes around the burgertex sign. We also charged him for labor (2) hours.
The total of his bill was $245.78 we faxed over his invoice and he
ignored his bill many times. We keep sending him his bill and he would get mad and tell us to stop harrassing him. So i waited for a while and i sent it to him again and told me that it was too much and that i was ripping him off. Again he ingnored his bill. On may 19 he sent me his version of what i should charge him. He changed his bill to the amount of $135.78. He still claimed that i was ripping him off. He will not understand that we had to use a bucket truck to reach up to that sign that is over 20 feet high. And the man hours fuel for that lift
and my hourly rate he claimed it was too much. Again he ignored his bill. On june 11 he wrote me a letter telling me that he has many reasons why he is very much reluctant to pay. He claims that he has surveillance cameras that show how long we took to install that border neon. They are no cameras there he is bluffing because i have been there many times he is too cheap to install one.in his letter he told me that he was not going to pay for wrong management or mistake. And that women do not belong in business. He also told me that if i wanted i could contact his attorney. Yeah right just for a bill of $245.78. I wrote him back and told him that he clearly needed the money more that i did. I also told him how dare he insult me this this way. I told "merry christmas its on the house a business woman paid your bill"! I also told him that i fear no attorney or his surveillance camera. This is america mr yun women can run a business!
