I paid for 4 products and received only 1. I was issued a gift cerfiticate after 3 months of this company not providing me an update within a reasonable time frame. I went to use the gift certificate to order the products I did not receive and the shipping fees increased by 60% compared to my original order. I asked for a refund cheque as I cannot afford to pay their shipping fees. I called my credit card company to issue the refund and they said once 3 month passes no refund or disputes can be issued. I called the company and asked for a cheque and they refund cheque can be issued within 6 weeks of first placing the order. It was the company fault that I did not get the product on time. Do not trust this company. I am also going to file a BBB complaint.
