Lied and has poor customer service

He hired Summit Legal Group P.A. To help us modify our house payment on March and it's now August 1st 2011 and we havent gotten any type of help from them. We were charged the amount to 2,000 (two thousand) dollars for their services but have done nothing!!! They have the worst customer service ever. They are horrible on returing our phone calls.

I have read multilple negative reviews about this company. I wish we wouldve known this before giving these people our money!!! We just want the services we were promised our money back!!! If anybody has had the luck on getting your money back please let me know how!!! This is a very fustrating situation...
