First I called Bank of America when i was in trouble to work things out with them i was current on my mortgage payment then. And Bank of America did not want to talk to me. So when i was behind i though to myself I better get a lawyer so I hired Summit Legal Group How I found them I went to a Lawyers service on line at the time they were in good standings.

I paid summit legal group 2,500 Dollars to work on a Loan Modification Program for me a year ago. Solomon Macari said he had a program for me but Bank of America needs 3,400 Dollars to put me in a special program. I said why? Solomon told me they need one months Mortgage Payment to get started. While I figured Summit Legal my lawyer it must be true so I gave Summit Legal Group the 3,400 Dollars. I asked I would like to know were the 3,400 Dollars was applied to, Solomon told me I will get that information from Bank of America for you. A month went by still no information on status of Mortgage I just kept calling I would get a hold of Solomon And you would say I will have you a answer in couple of minutes let me call Bank of America. He would call back and say Bank of America would tell him everything was fine you should be getting answer soon and check back in another 60 Days.

After 60 Days i called again and Summit Legal Group told me my file has been transferred to Aren so I called Solomon he said Aren was handling my file now call her so I did. I asked Aren if she heard anything from Bank of America she told me she needed updated documents so I gave her everything she needed and she told me it would take another 60 to 90 Days to get answer. So now we are getting close to a year so about four months ago after I called Summit Legal Group tells me Solomon Macari & Aren Arenton are no longer with Summit Legal Group. So I called take to Processing I get a hold of Aren and Aren told me she was not hearing from me so she closed my file! I was so mad so she said she will open my file again but she needed all new documents to start over again so I called Solomon on his cell and he told me he had to check with Aren and she should of gotten a answer by now so he said i will call Aren and get back to you in ten minutes I am still waiting. So I hired another lawyer to handle my Mortgage. I hope I get my money back. And Solomon Macari, Aren Arenton go to jail!
