Ripoff unprofessional sales calls from national account manage

This is the letter I received from their national sales manager after he rudely contacted me and left up to 15-20 messages and/or e-mails after I just looked at his company online.

No need to read between the lines; this company agressively pursued my business and when they couldn't achieve that this is the letter they sent:

I had contacted you in regards to the application you had started with us online. I did not appreciate how you very rudely hung up the line. You are very unprofessional and should be ashamed of yourself, I hope you do not treat your customers in the same manner that you treated myself. Thank you for your interest in Service Magic, at this time we would not consider doing business with a contractor as unprofessional as yourself. No appology is neccesary have a nice day and good luck with your business.
