Service magic LLC Did not Honor 1,000 Dollar Guarantee for Premium Members

Went though service magic for a contractor which they recomended per background check. (Ya Right). Hired a compnay called Super Remodeling located in Arlington Texas, now Mansfield, TX. They came out was supose to install Crown Modeling in 3 bedrooms, I purchased 600 dollars in wood., which they tried for almost 3 weeks to do but could not complete the Job. I complainted to Service Magic. The contractor Relations department and or Contractor per Service Magic Guarantee refused to reimburse me for the wood that I purchased. I complainted at least 5 to 6 times to Service Magic contract relations department, but we got no where. It took them almost 3 weeks to respond. Took another month to come to a conclusion that the contractor owed me. (get this) $80.00 WOW!!! Per their guarantee if they are unable to come to a resolution they have to pay. They (Service Magic) did not even send out another contractor to look at the damage and or work that was performed per their agreement. I got the run around so bad I had to file a small claims against the company (super Remodeling and I'm in the process of filing a small claims in Jefferson County and against Service Magic
Do not, I repeat do not use Service Magic in any way possible. They have over 600 complaints against them over the last 3 years and they have a B - rating. I complainted to the BBB but Service Magic did not respond at all. That shows you what kind of company they are, they can not be trusted at all. I can not believe they are still in business at all.
