Doepker group inc denied work injury

I was Injured working for Time Staffings client company. I was building bases and flipping them. I filed an accident report with the suppervisor. She took me to the emergency room and I filled out the paper work and took the drug test. The cause of the injury was from flipping the bases. My back was twisted and it caused a burning in my thighs. After several visits to the doctor they denied the accident was a work injury. I've been to a workers comp hearing and they won't acnowlgde the accident report or the excestence of the suppervisor that I filed the accident report with. Now I'm receiving all the doctor bills that were previously approved by workers comp. I'm not able to work because of this and have no income.
