Ignoring problem

I've for a long time been needing to contact disadvantage ed about electrical blinking off and on long enough to possess to reset several timers, cablevision container etc. I keep being informed a solution is created and somebody may contact you. It never occurs. They say I want electrician, that we had one examine my home and discovered nothing on my finish, but neighbors does same task. I've been in it today since february but still don't have any-one response or check scenario. We also realize that it's a changing issue fraud ed has. Exactly what does it try get a solution?
