Con Edison
Ignoring problem complaint - Electric

I have for years been having to call con ed about electric blinking on and off long enough to have to reset many timers, cablevision box etc. I keep being told a ticket is written and someone will contact you. It never happens. They say I need electrician, which I had one check my house and found nothing on my end, but neighbors does same thing. I have been on them now since feb and still have no-one reply or check situation. We also know that it is a switching problem con ed has. What does it take to get an answer?
