They think I stole a shirt

I've attended Mesquite School (TX) on 7/14 to switch basketball court. That they mentioned I've to create it in... They wont come and choose it-up... Well that did not move perfectly.

Then I considered purchasing several issues. Poor idea... I purchased 3 tops, 2 trousers, along with a baseball. For whatever reason it had been $95 that we did not expect. And so I informed the cashier (Mark) to consider the baseball. That we thought he did. But on my means I had been examining the bill and found out he charged for that baseball and required another thing out. And so I returned thinking I ought to simply take the baseball house (at the moment used to donot recognize he scanned among the tops twice). NOOO that did not occur. I used next one and half-hour explaining used to donot grab any "clothes" after which after examining their movie it had been a "top" I took this time around. I told them repeatedly I'm not covering any top everywhere. Used to donot actually get home yet. I actually told them that they'll proceed and examine my vehicle. Our children were with me and that I told them they're experience for what I purchased today and that I would not lie-in top of these. Lastly I recognized that it’s a worthless debate, and so I told them to return my cash back. Okay, they began to do this... And $65 the things they were likely to provide me. I told them I want all my money I invested. Fortunately they delivered all my cash combined with the quantity they over-charged. I'm happy it just happened in this way since normally they would’ve obtained additional $13 from me without me knowing… I wasn’t spending any focus on something. I discovered my training that I ought to never abandon the shop without confirming the bill is correct…

Why there is so much distress? This cashier got out a-shirt in the bill in the place of baseball and he set that top in my carrier and required the baseball and place it away. He also scanned another top twice and today they believe I've two same tops, that we don’t have… Today the bill exhibits 6 products but I just have 5 products

So that they need that “invisible shirt” back. Without returning that "unseen top" I had beennot likely to obtain the baseball or are they not likely to consider the baseball back. I'm sorry for these folks... The supervisor, another woman who had been attempting to determine everything out, and also the cashier. The point that amazed me many was they were attempting to conceal the cashier's fault and ensure it is as my problem. We also operate company and usually the clients come first regardless of what... I've been buying this shop for over 10 years. I never had any issue such as this occurred in my experience before and not reported where I must I've reported about... I'll never return to this shop again...
