Not able to contact sales for a purchase

I needed to ask about the purchase of the washer in the Searl store shop in Delware 302-369-6336. On 7/15 I named, following the saving no body responded the phone call for 3 minute and so I hungup.

I called again at 12:25 following the saving, somebody responded the phone call, he transferred me but no body acquired after two to three minute. I named straight back, same exercise but he explained all of the sales agents may be hectic. He explained to call-back in 30-min. I did so. This time around a diffenent individual, i told him about my past calls. He explained he was moving me to some supervisor. No body ansered for 4 minute. I call-back twice again, no anser. And so I so angry. I chose to protest. No surprise Sears does terrible. No-self examination of support.
