Worst customer service EVER

It was the TOUGHEST customer support encounter I've actually run into. I had been seeking to make an application for students mortgage and chose to contact to complete the applying since I'd a couple of questions. The very first woman (sadly I she never supplied her title) was rude and stored reducing me off each time I attempted to request a problem. Almost through the application I had been sick and tired of it and so I politely requested her if another consultant might complete my software. She got really peaceful and requested, "Why?" I merely informed her I'd simply would rather finish off my software with another representative|. She subsequently got really peaceful and HUNG-UP ON ME!!! I had been mad! I subsequently called back again to try to place in a and complete my software and got a guy about the point". He was good, nevertheless I really could obviously inform he kept speaking with another person in his office". He'd mute his point for 10 moments at the same time so when he'd us-mute it, I really could hear them giggling/. I CAn't be selected obviously, but I've a sense he was giggling about me using the prior consultant who hung-up on me'. He went me around in groups using the software and maintained asking me exactly the same concerns over and again and again! I had been thus sick and tired of it I told him I'd take action later. Centered on this encounter however, I'll never conduct business with Sallie Mae, ACTUALLY.
