Screwed up my New Year's Eve

Clean Immediate never shipped my New Year's event purchase to get a celebration and not named to I would like to understand these werenot arriving. I waited, plus they never turned up, I attempted to get hold of them by telephone (on-hold for 1-hour) and sent their customer support division to no avail. The costs are excessive; the choices arenot excellent; and given that they can not be depended onto provide, they'renot actually handy.
