Company advertised as a service to obtain state medical licensing for a "fee" above the cost of the state application fees. They then sent a preprinted state medical license application based on information I gave them on their website and an invoice for $572 PLUS the state fee of $302. This after an initial charge of $499 which they represented as the entire fee!
I called to cancel the application and was told I would only receive a $249 refund. They therefore charged me $250 for 10 minutes of work, and a FedEx return envelope!
