Alicia Smith, Independent Medical Benefits This company threatened to call child care licensing and say I was a moleste

Alicia Smith left a voicemail stating she was my Child Care Licensing Analyst and needed to speak with me immediately about my child care license so call her back at 1 877 410-6411 immediately. I called, heard a recorded message stating it was Individual Association of Businesses. An operator picked up and I asked who they were and was told they were a company called Independent Medical Benefits that helps child care providers get medical and dental insurance.

I told the operator (it was not Ashley Smith) that they were illegally representing the government agency community care licensing AND soliciting a DO NOT CALL number. I advised the operator that I would be filing a complaint with the FTC for calling a do not call number and that I had not done business with them ever nor had I requested the information.

She asked for my telephone number. I gave it thinking she was removing it from the list. Moments later, Alicia Smith (same unique voice left on machine) called my home for a second time and stated: "I know you're molesting children and I am gonna report you to licensing!" then hung up. I filed an FTC complaint and I am exploring other legal options.
