I was looking for insurance for my mother and I found about Assurant Health. They told me that they would review my mother application, but they needed medical records for review to determine her health. Two days they sent a rejection letter that due the medical records received they will not accept her.

The only condition she has is VIRTIGO. Even the insurance sales person stated it was not a big deal having VIRTIGO. We were honest in reviewing her state of condition and they then rejected her. Stating that the Hospital about two months ago review that her EKG and other data was not good. After going to the Hospital she was fine and how can they state the medical records then, they should check her now when she is healthy. Aleast we didn't get the insurance they would find anything not to pay.

Even in their pre-existing Conditions STATE: that any illness or injury not fully disclosed on the enrollment form the client must go over 12-months waiting period. After they can get benefits. Maybe we should of lied. The insurance companies want liers instead of honest people.
