Customer Service Scam Having problems with your email, a 12 hr delay is unexceptable, NO COMPASSION

My letter to them is very long, so this is the short of it..
My girl friend and i, we email each other, 12 hr delay to receive them -shes at the resturant on the other side of the bar wall, im not getting the emails. As she is leaving we meet.

So to resolve this, just exchangephone to prove it is or not the phone. The answer was no...
Insurance would not also. Its always the network. So there is no manufactures warrente!
Then they offer me 100 dollars towards the new phone and service. That never happened..

Still today. With all my questioning on the rebate, 10x, still nothing stated in there system.
I wrote letters to the main office, they always call to resolve the problem. Still the same customer sevice again and again..

1. If they offer you money back for a new phone, they are lying to you!!! This will never happen.
2. And im still having problems with my gmail and yahoo. What gives.
3. Going to corp now there address is 104 west st. Ny 10007 look it up there are a lot of exe there to send your complant to.
