Ripoff fraudulent billing

I was double billed for 2 months. I contacted the company and they told me they would adjust the balance. I paid the portion of the bill that I owed and patiently waited for the adjustment. When I got the disconnet notice, I contacted them again. They told me that that they would adjust.
They disconnected my service. I called. Now I have to wait a WEEK for them to fix their error. They still show I owe the amount I was overcharged. The will not send someone to my property (even though a technician was at my building twice in the same day) to correct the problem for a week. Every time I call, they give me a different story.
