MUSIC, Took 10$ off a gift card and couldnt give store credit-was the manage

On 06/21-The brass city mall gave me a 10$ birthday cert-so I figured I go buy a CD I had wanted for a while. Wow the cd had a 13.99 sticker on it, i was going to save 6$ i picked it up took it to the register, later found out it was the manager of the store, well he took the packaging off charged me 19.99 not 13.99 had swiped the 10$ cert so he had to void the transaction, the sticker was a bright red color, he says i won't see the credit for 5-7 days. So i went back to the mall office and reported this they are going to investigate the transaction, because how did this manager even know this would take 5-7 days? Oh he must have done this before! He was rude when i asked can I get store credit he said no. Then said the sticker sale would expire that day, trying to force me to buy it? Lol i don't think so, i replied i'll buy it at walmart and his reply they don't sell it. Any how i will not be shopping there any more, plus now for 3$ they are also trying to see if you will buy a warranty, for scratches. What a rip off store. Oh his so called name was Mike he would not give me his last name very unprofessional...
