Horrible customer service

The organization delivered my cost for seats I offered to some nonexistent paypal bill after I'd transformed my cost approach to examine soon after I listed using their website. I quickly approached them through their organization website which guarantees an "8-hour response covers", no! I delivered the concept again without any response. I named and again, no reaction. I delivered a contact with guarantees of poor promotion & lastly obtained an answer. This took over per week. Their reaction: you picked paypal, contact them & then we are able to obtain the resources back & you could have your sign in 2-3 months. I responded intensely which was undesirable and so I needed to start a paypal bill to get my resources which required one more 3-4 times bc paypal needed to confirm & get the funds again from stubhub bc paypal had delivered them back. I'm still in touch with the "customer support" group looking to get my costs back from stubhub for the period, work, setbacks, and disappointment it has caused me. The final mail from stubhub stated that I'd chosen paypal & not check (and so Iam the liar today) so that they may renounce my costs the next time I offer seats on the website. I'll never utilize them for-anything again as time goes on & I will certainly not suggest them to anybody. I confirmed on my consideration many times that my cost approach was check while my seats were available. Minimum they ought to do is return my costs, that are crazy. Stubhub doesn't understand this is of customer support and that I am distributing the term to anybody who actually entertains the notion of with them to market seats on the website.
