Terribly long wait for delivery

I requested a medicine cupboard for my toilet on 11/18.

They mentioned a 4-6 week lead-time for shipping at that time of purchase.

Every time I examined their site for an update, it stated the purchase had been organized for cargo, that we believed could be regular till they delivered about the 4th, fifth, or 6th week.

Following The 6th week of waiting, I named the client service point. Our support representative was good enough and appeared like he desired to assist me out.

He explained there is a 'glitch' within the program which my purchase wasn't positioned using the producer, Robern.

I had been terrified, when I am planning my house available and require this product.

He explained he might facilitate the purchase within the program and vessel the moment possible.
