I requested 2 Zoeller pumps that they stated the maker had in-stock for inmediate cargo. Fourteen days later it'd not delivered. I named to stop, plus they agreed to drop-ship immediately from producer. I responded that Only When they might assure delivery that evening or subsequent trip to worst. Delivery didn't occurr untill nearly per week later. Despite my cancellations of purchase written down that they intentionally ignored. I declined to simply accept the delayed cargo, plus they are attempting to stress me by stating that there will be a fee of fifty% plus shipping both methods since their revenue procedures so state. Curiously enough the quote which the purchase was centered suggested nothing to that particular impact, however the purchase verification that they delivered after obtaining my cash stated that by putting the purchase I had been taking their site published problems.
