Horrible customer service

On May 13th, after much discussion from Leader Pools in Birmingham, they advised me that I truly could not buy a spa from Brantford because they are not within the proper area. Therefore down we visited Manchester (from Woodstock), that was two times as significantly to select our bathtub (Plug-and-Play). We selected the main one we preferred and stated that we are completing our deck and certainly will contact them to provide. I called on Wed. Day of the following week to set up shipping. Was in those days we were informed our bathtub did not possess a plug, they had a need to purchase one once we were obtaining the floor-model. Used to donot need the ground design however now they informed us which was all-they had. Would consider 14 days for that plug. I had been furious about that and from that point on all I appeared to get was the run-around?

I kept calling daily, to no avail". Lastly, they stated they'd a plug and he was designed to look at it to ensure was great;. Never called back, and so I needed to contact all over again and stated I needed a shipping time asap. So that they named they were likely to provide that morning (Wed.- 12 times after purchase)

They appear 2 1/2 hours following the period they informed us these were returning'. So that they left off the new bath, had no idea about other things (Leader was designed to put up);. They delivered us a spa, that was said to be a plug-and-play having a plug. Not mounted on anything. Simply born chilling out at the conclusion. The new bath had scores, the timber foundation was damaged etc. I named all over again as this time around I had been mad. Couldnt get ahold of anybody and so I quit a note. They call-back each morning and inform me that it shouldn't have now been sent this way but it was my problem that I needed it, so that they simply delivered it out as it was. Are you kidding me?

And So I attempt to put up a period in order for them to come and set it-up and fix-up the plug etc. And was informed they wouldnt come till in a few days! I explained NO freaking method, I'd like it-done this week. Lastly, they decided to Sitting. Morn at 9 am. (It Is currently Thurs. Aftern). I can't think exactly what a mickey mouse put up that organization is. They mightnot support enough once they needed my cash but the moment we settled them. Money, we got treated very. Toughest customer support ACTUALLY!!!
