I will never do business with them again

I want I'd looked over this website before using the services of the corporation. DinoDirect. I requested an electric system and was delivered it in what I believed wasn’t poor time for originating from international. The issue was they delivered the incorrect prong plug. The image confirmed equally circular and smooth prongs however they delivered the circular someone to me. Having an US tackle it's thought they might have delivered the right one. They agreed to deliver me a $10 gift-card to purchase the correct one-but Radio Shack stated it'd charge $50.

(the initial cost about the product was $28) I told them the problem and questioned why they couldn’t simply send me the correct plug and was informed that it'd take-two weeks to get it. Questioned why it'd consider such a long time and was informed it requires longer to complete a resend. Therefore today I’m taking a look at perhaps a few months, (the full time since purchasing it and getting the fixed plug) before I will see when the factor actually works. Perhaps they're simply wishing that I ignore it in 2 months.!? Won't work together again.
