I've been buying in the Connecticut Avenue Washington DC CVS (#1354) for twenty years and also have been offered from the cashier Al for atleast five years. Yesterday I bought a set of reading glasses, went next door for lunch and recognized the medial side item was jumped plus one of the nose pads was lacking. I delivered to switch this pair for a set. After I offered my bill and also the similar set for trade Al got out a magnifier and announced I had been attempting, in his phrases, to complete a "switcheroo". Then he charged me to be a theif and requested for my id. I required the supervisor who announced they'd not need a broken set of spectacles about the stand. I got him towards the discheveled clutter of the stand and ripped a number of damaged spectacles offtheshelf where stage he created the exchange.in 62 years, I've never been charged to be a theif for returning obviously broken product. Allin-all, a embarrassing and disgraceful expertise to get a normal or any client to become subjected to.
