Lately I got the dive and "spent" in a pleasant set of shades.

Bought some RayBan RB3320s pilots for $130.00 on June 06th.

Within 14 days the nose-piece cable supply smashed off while altering.

I came across Rayban/Luxottica Team guarantee data and implemented directions.

I sent the spectacles, situation & damaged components having a $12.50 "control charge" because they directed.

In mid September (2 weeks later) my situation reached my house although not my spectacles.

Closed was an email declaring edge disappointment wasn't the result of a deficiency in item and also the guarantee wouldn't protect fix to wire wheels.

It'd cost $87.00 to correct... Crazy.

Dumbfounded, I named 800-343-5594 to request if contact and edge disappointment isn't included in guarantee, what's left to warranty on the of the set of spectacles?

The conventional "i apologize" prefaced each remark they created and that I didn't get a simple concession.

I wanted they return my damaged spectacles and that I might find fix by myself.

Another 6 months later the spectacles appeared however the damaged components were lacking.

Today I've to contact again and was knowledgeable they'd contact fix department to inquire about the components which might consider another 14 days.

At this time the spectacles will be in their ownership longer than they've experienced mine.

Completely still broken and completely inappropriate.

Please "BAR" buying ray ban/Luxottica items.
