Unauthorized charges to credit card

RE: Direct TV, We lost our house to forclosure in Nov. We do not have a house to have direct TV. This has been explained many times to your reps. I haven't worked for 2 years so we don't have any money for this. Someone there automatically charged $191. To my wife's dicover card without any authorization. This has caused the card to be cancelled. No one would help us especially a very rude "supervisor". We need this reversed, NOT AUTHORIZED. Any look at our service records will show NO Activity on our "account" at all since November. We sent the digital cards back as instructed. Please sent Discover a credit as we have disputed this bill. Direct TV acct#xxxxx286..

I'm in tech so I will tell everyone, by All means, my poor experience with Direct TV if this cannot be resolved!

Do not ever sign up with them! It took 5 install calls each with the wrong equiptment or inability to finish the install, excessive billing, and after we lost our house, they continued to try to bill us for service then demanding a large "cancellation" fee. They direct billed our credit card with telling us or authorizing any charges! Very poor customer service.
