Warning... Could care less when they screw up

Poor service! Ordered two items for my girls for a trip. 2 weeks pass and nothing called customer service and they state that there was a delay. I wan never notified and their tracking doesn't even show that it has left the warehouse! Service rep pretty much said too bad. So now i have to go out and buy boots tonight for our trip tomorrow. Famous footwear has been now added to my list on of do not shop stores as of today!
