If you are considering famous footwear, run, do not walk to another shoe store. They are all smiles when your purchasing, but when you have a return due to a factory defect... Look out. Angie Bode from the Bountiful location is the complete opposite of a professional and could care less about customer service.

That is right off their website. Angie Bode did not even care to ask what my issue was, but rather argue why they shouldn't be taking care of my problem. The shoes in question are a $100 retail pair of Rockport's that they sell for $79. My family spends approx $600-$700 per year at famous footwear, or shall I say, once spent. I will never set foot in the store again.
